It is really simply to clip my baby pacifiers to the holder clip. I just put the small ribbon through the hole in my babies pacifiers and then put the clasp through the ribbon to hold it onto the baby pacifier holder clasp. My little one is really strong on it and it is really holding up. These also make gorgeous baby shower present or for any other occasion.
